Our Background
Our staff has extensive knowledge and years of experience and research. We work closely with real estate professionals, attorneys, homeowners and families. We have conducted sales in the Ithaca area and surrounding Finger Lakes Region for over 20 years. We love what we do and have numerous references to prove it.
What We Do
We meet with our client, review what is for sale, present a contract and outline the terms of the sale. In an orderly fashion we organize items throughout the home, price each item for sale at fair market value. Advertise the sale via print media/internet estate sale sites. Securely staff the sale, conduct the sale either one or two days depending on the quantity of goods. Net proceeds from the sale along with merchandise receipts are mailed directly to you.
What We Charge
We work on a commission basis only. That commission gets paid directly from the funds from the sale. No money comes out of your pocket.
Special Requests To Our Clients
Don’t throw ANYTHING out. We sell items from the attic to the garage and everything in between. We get the most for each item. Unlike auction houses, we do not sell “box lots”, we price each item, unless it belongs in a grouping. If your home is on the market, this is a wonderful way for the public to see it. We like to have real estate fact sheets about the house available to our customers. At your convenience, we're available for a free personal consultation at your home or business. And of course we're happy to provide references.
